Lee Dong-wook and Jo Bo-ah Consider TvN's "The Tale of a Gumiho"

2019/12/12 Source

Will Lee Dong-wook and Jo Bo-ah star in this latest drama?

TvN told YTN Star that an offer has been made to Lee Dong-wook and Jo Bo-ah.

"The Tale of a Gumiho" is the story of a gumiho who settles into the city and a female producer who is after him. Lee Dong-wook was offered the role of the gumiho, who used to be a mountain god in the Baekdu regions, but is now an official between this world and the underworld, cleaning up those who disturb this life. Jo Bo-ah was offered the role of a producer who is very competitive and will go through water and fire to get what she wants.

The drama is directed by Kang Shin-hyo and written by Han Woo-ri.

This is the first time Lee Dong-wook and Jo Bo-ah will meet through a drama.

After his recent drama "Strangers from Hell", Lee Dong-wook is now a host of SBS show "Because Lee Dong-wook Wants to Talk". Jo Bo-ah starred in the SBS drama "My Strange Hero" earlier this year and is coming out with a drama called "Forest" with co-star Park Hae-jin soon.
