Lee Dong-wook and Shin Se-kyung in "Blade Man"

2014/08/10 | Permalink | Source

Actor Lee Dong-wook and actress Shin Se-kyung are starring in the new KBS 2TV drama "Blade Man".

King Kong Entertainment revealed that Lee Dong-wook stars in "Blade Man" as Joo Hong-bin and Shin Se-kyung as Son Se-dong.

Lee Dong-wook takes on the role of Joo Hong-bin whose anger and pain inside him stick out of his body as knives. He looks hot tempered and cold on the outside but actually he's full of pain.

Shin Se-kyung's role of Son Se-dong is a character who is so nice she takes care of other people more than herself. She's so pure and innocent and bound with morality but never stands down in front of anyone.

A drama producer stated, "We hope Lee Dong-wook and his charismatic character of Joo Hong-bin create a synergy effect and satisfies all the five senses".

"Shin Se-kyung is one with a variety of feelings. Son Se-dong and Shin Se-kyung are expected to create a new Shin Se-kyung".

Meanwhile, "Blade Man" is a fantasy romance drama about Joo Hong-bin who has knives sticking out of his body as a result of a failed first love and Son Se-dong, an angel-like character who embraces him. This drama is lined up after "The Joseon Shooter".
