Lee Hyori to Meet Primatologist Jane Goodall

Singer Lee Hyori (32) will meet the primatologist and environmentalist Jane Goodall, who is famous for her studies on chimpanzees, in the USA. Lee's agency B2M Entertainment said on October 13, "Lee Hyori had received an offer to interview Jane Goodall from a magazine publisher, and she left for Seattle on October 11 to have a meeting with Jane Goodall today".

Lee Hyori has been holding activities to protect companion animals by participating in various volunteer works up to now. She recently posted messages on her Twitter account, saying, "I have come to have a chance to interview the 'mother of the earth and animals', Jane Goodall. It is certainly my honor to meet someone of whom I have read so much about in books. I will return after having learned many things from her". In addition, she also posted Jane Goodall's famous quotes on her Twitter account, saying, "Once we accept or even suspect that humans are not the only animals to know mental as well as physical suffering, we become less arrogant".

Lee Hyori will return to Korea on October 14 after finishing the interview with Jane Goodall.
