Lee Jee-hoon to hold movie promotion and fan meeting in Japan

Singer/actor Lee Jee-hoon will hold a fan meeting Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. at the Oriental Hotel Kochi in Kochi Prefecture, the shooting location of his latest movie "Sweet Dream", which was filmed entirely in Japan.

Aimed at promoting the movie, the fan meeting will comprise a talk show, games, a handshaking event, and a visit to the filming set of the final scene of "Sweet Dream" to promote exchange among Lee's fans.

The filming of "Sweet Dream" took three months, beginning from last September. It is an action movie about Korean youths who stand up to members of the Japanese yakuza. In the story, actor Yeon Jung-hoon plays the main character, "K", who becomes the leader of his gang after numerous conflicts with his authoritative father. Japanese actor Kitamura Katsuki portrays a third-generation Japanese-Korean named "Datsuya", while Lee plays "Jun-ho", a friend of Datsuya's. Actress Choi Jung-won portrays "Natsumi", who is the love object of both K and Jun-ho, but who decides to choose K.
