Many fans who have known him long enough knew that this was for Jeon Hye-bin but a big deal wasn't made out of this. Some even said, "Hello My Love ♡" was just a line from his recent drama.

Meanwhile, Lee Joon-gi and Jeon Hye-bin acknowledged their relationship on the 4th. They first met in 2014 through work and have been seeing each other since early 2016. They usually hang out in Jeon Hye-bin's vacation home.
