Lee Sang-yoon leaves for Indonesia to do charity work

Actor Lee Sang-yoon left to do voluntary work in Indonesia.

"2014 Hope Road Adventure" is a charity project Lee Sang-yoon has been in the lead of since 2010. He's gone there to help those in need.

Indonesia has the fourth largest population in the world and is widely known to be a popular honeymoon spot, but there's a wide gap between the rich and poor. Lee Sang-yoon will be visiting certain areas of the country that is isolated from the outside world and will supply them with medical, housing and educational benefits.

Lee Sang-yoon said, "I wondered what I can do and I decided to be the link between the country and getting people to take part in donating".

"2014 Hope Road Adventure" deals with international neighbors who suffer from poverty and based on the viewers' participation and donations, makes effort to make life better for them.

Lee Sang-yoon's Indonesian volunteer work can be seen in November.
