Lee Soo-hyuk in talks for 'Scholar Who Walks the Night'

Actor Lee Soo-hyuk is considering the offer for MBC's new Wednesday & Thursday drama, 'Scholar Who Walks the Night'.

On April 8th, Lee Soo-hyuk's agency said Lee Soo-hyuk has been offered a role in 'Scholar Who Walks the Night' and is in the middle of adjusting his schedule prior to accepting the offer.

After his previous drama, 'Sensible Love' by the cable TV, tvN completed, he has been offered a role for the drama, 'Scholar Who Walks the Night', and he is currently considering the offer positively. Once a decision has been made, he will be returning to ground wave TV screen in two years since his appearance in KBS 2TV's "Shark".

'Scholar Who Walks the Night' is a winner of Superior Cartoon Global Project by Korea Creative Content Agency. After a nobleman's family in Joseon era was ruined due to a false accusation for treason, a daughter from the family disguised herself as a man and went off to sell books to survive. During her adventure, she encounters a handsome, mysterious scholar, who is actually a vampire. The web-toon is based on the unique concept that a vampire lurks in a palace.

So far, Lee Joon-gi has confirmed his appearance in the drama and Kim So-eun and Changmin are considering the offers. The drama is scheduled to be aired in July after the completion of "Warm and Cozy".
