Lee Soon-jae is dreaming of being 75 years old 'Don Quixote'

Actor Lee Soon-jae, who is well over 70, has unlimited passion for acting.

He is currently acting as a huge company's president, and Korean president in 'Flame of Desire' and 'Daemul – Big Thing', he's aiming for a play this time.

Lee Soon-jae will transform into a 75 years old 'Don Quixote' in a play called 'Don Quixote', which is based on Spanish writer Cervantes's novel.

He will act three or forth times a week as 'Don Quixote' with actor Han Myeong-goo. One official form the play said, “By double casting two actors in different age group, we can aim for difference kind of 'funniness'.”

Lee Soon-jae is teaching stage acting at Saejong University, at the same time with play practice. This is his first play after 2008 'Acting Story 2'.

An official from his company mentioned, “Due to drama staffs generosity, he is doing fine with his play preparation. Many people are worrying about his health but he gets energy when he acts. Right after this play, he is planning on appearing in another drama.
