On the KBS 2TV program "Seung Seung Jang Gu" on the 9th, Lee Soon-jae mentioned three things that he claims can't be forgiven. They are tardiness, special treatment and wrong pronunciation.

Lee Soon-jae has been advising actors who lack qualification strictly through interviews. On this day he said, "There are those who are stubbornly late on the set. There are those who don't stand by on set as well. In my observation it wasn't the actor that was the problem. It was the consciousness of being the lead character".

He continued about mentioning Jang Keun-suk previously in another program, "I'm sorry I have to mention him again but it's not the actors fault but the staff around him. I told Jang Keun-suk to not worry about what I said before and never lose sight of his original intentions".

Related to the highly paid young actors who have their places set like a tradition, "It's reality. Analyzing it, when productions appeared in the year 2000, blockbusters were born and as actors rely on advertisement profits, the TV market has become feeble. They tried to lower our middle aged actors' pays".
