According to the Seoul Central Court, LIAS sued 'Oh', the owner of the land in Yangpyeong in Kyeonggido of 1.1 billion won but the court ruled that Oh owed LIAS 35.7 million won.

Oh met with a legal representative of LIAS in October 2012 and signed a contract that said he would rent out the land for no charge and share copyright and publicity profits of Lee Young-ae used at the "Dae Jang Geum Kitchen" 7 to 3.

LIAS paid 50 million won to Oh as deposit money and took the land. However, LIAS sublet a part of Oh's land with a subsidiary company.

LIAS also had maintenance work done on the building and renovated a work area for natural soap making as well as a store and chocolate café.

Oh claimed in June that interior work for the café and restaurant wasn't done and there had been no profit distribution regarding the subsidiary company and declared violation of contract.

On the other hand, LIAS claimed, "Oh's cancellation of contract affected us in business" and sued him. However, Oh claims, "LIAS hasn't been following the contract so therefore this contract can be legally terminated".

The justice department says, "Despite the fact that Oh supported LIAS with land, he didn't get any profits for 8 months and there was plenty of reasonable reason for him to legally cancel the contract".

"Although the rights was given to LIAS to install interior or other facilities to the land, they had no right in transforming the parking lot and deforming the shape of the land. Oh needs to return 35.7 million won which is the remainder of the deposit for lease.
