There are many K-pop idols who challenge themselves in the acting field, but it is rare that each member of the group goes into acting and succeeds. Group Girl's Day is one of the very few examples. Lee Hyeri and Bang Minah are familiar faces. And while Park Sojin and Yura haven't been seen as much, they have received praise for their well-balanced acting. Now that Yura is coming back to the drama world with a big role in "Radio Romance", it gives us a great reason to dive into the filmography of Girl's Day.

Park Sojin

Park Sojin took her first step into acting when she starred in the drama, "Greatest Marriage". Her naïve beauty-type character in the drama received positive viewer support, giving her a solid start in her acting career. Afterward, she continued with the dramas such as "Family Outing" and "Oh! Dear Goddesses of Basement". They may have been small roles, but audiences are reacting positively towards her performances.

Bang Minah

Bang Minah is famous for her adorable squinting smile and was the most famous member of Girl's Day at their debut. When she appeared in a lot of variety shows to promote her group, a PD who directed the sitcom "Vampire Idol" thought her character was irreplaceable and she was very talented. Starting with her appearance in "Vampire Idol", Bang Minah built up her acting career with minor roles in the dramas "Master's Sun" and "Sweet, Savage Family". In 2016, she starred as the main character of the drama "Beautiful Gong Shim", which hit 15% in viewer ratings. Later that year, she received an Excellence Award for Romantic Comedy Drama in SBS Drama Awards.

Lee Hyeri

Lee Hyeri might be the Girl's Day member who gets the most recognition for her acting. Starting with minor roles in dramas "Seonam Girls High School Investigators" and "Hyde, Jekyll and I", Lee Hyeri appeared as a tiny sprout in the acting field. However, she was casted as the main character in "Reply 1988" where she gained the national popularity from fans young and old. Her character Deok-seon is still receiving high praises. In 2017, she appeared as the main character in the drama "Two Cops" which took first place during its timeslot.

Yura

Yura also appeared in many dramas as minor roles, building up her career and acting skills. She appeared in dramas "Hip Hop Teacher" and "To The Beautiful You". We are now waiting for her grand appearance in "Radio Romance" which will be aired next week Monday. She is well-known for her striking beauty and for her role in Girl's Day.
