On February 1st, J.Wide Company uploaded the statement both in Korean and English, which reads:

"Hello! Tae-ri's fans!

We would like to thank the fans that are always supportive of actress Kim Tae-ri.

We have one thing to notify you all.

Currently, Kim Tae-ri does not have any personal SNS (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/etc.) account.

There are only J.Wide Company official social media accounts managed by the company.

Please be careful and don't engage with the fake accounts you see under the actress's name.

Also, all the gifts and letters you send to the company are delivered to Kim Tae-ri, so you don't have to worry about that part.

Thank you".
