A Moment to Remember (Nae Morisogae Chiugae) (2004)

The movie tells of a love affair between a woman with Alzheimer's disease and her ideal man. Su-jin (played by Son Ye-jin) just breaks off an affair with a married man, and meets and falls in love with Chol-su (Jung Woo-sung), a tough-as-nails loner who works as a carpenter for her father's construction company. The story then turns tragic in the latter half as Alzheimer's hits young Su-jin, and she slowly begins to no longer recognize him, even thinking that he is a stranger as her disease progresses.
