Shin Suk-ki is a handsome, coldhearted and ruthless lawyer, who accidentally switches bodies with a poor and ugly lawyer (played by Lee Sung-jae) after an elevator crash. Thepoor and ugly guy has the same name but is more of a good-natured soul. Shin can't do anything to return back to his original body as it has fallen into a deep coma.
