Maroon 5 Keeps PSY Moored at No. 2 in Billboard Hot 100

PSY's "Gangnam Style" has yet to climb to the top of the U.S. Billboard chart. It ranked second on the Hot 100 singles chart as of Thursday, unable to dislodge Maroon 5's "One More Night" from the top spot, where it has sat for four weeks.

After entering the chart at No. 64 on Sept. 13, "Gangnam Style" jumped to second place two weeks later. It has now been there three weeks. The chart takes into consideration album sales, number of downloads, and radio air play.

PSY's contagious song beat "One More Night" in digital sales, including on iTunes, but has not been played as often on the radio.

It was pushed to second place on the UK singles chart for the second week of October after being edged out of the top spot by Rihanna's "Diamonds".
