Directed by Kim Ho-sun, this film tells the story of a woman who fails to find her place in a fast industrializing society. In the film, Chang-soo, who has been in Vietnam for the last three years, returns home and finds a job in a public bathhouse. One day, he encounters Yeong-ja at the police station. She was the one who he fell in love with before he went to Vietnam. She was a housemaid in his boss' house when he first saw her, but she was raped by the employer's son, and forced out, and learned sewing which was not enough to earn good salary. She became a bar hostess, but she couldn't cope well, so she takes a job as a bus conductor but unfortunately loses her arm in a car accident. Frustrated, she attempts suicide but fails and finally ends up becoming a prostitute. The venue is located near Anguk Station on subway line 3. Tickets, 3,000 won.
