Jung Il-woo claims he'd been on a diet while he was in the military. He said, "The key to a successful diet is before and after pay day. When I have a role I have to play I go on a diet to fit that role. I lost 14 kilograms in 3 to 4 weeks. I stop intake of all carbohydrates besides sweet potatoes.
