2019/02/20 Source

Narsha revealed that lemon balm is the key to her diet.

Narsha revealed that when she had her first health check, her abdominal obesity was 53rd out of 100 people.

A regular and healthy eating lifestyle was prescribed to her as a solution. She also started working out and said she intakes 'lemon balm' as a necessity.

After training, Narsha's waist measured out to be 23.3 inches. Her body fat went from 31% to 26%.

'Lemon balm' is a perennial herb cultivated in Europe on the Mediterranean coast that contains tannin. It helps control the anti-viral activity and the accumulation of fat in the body. Lemon balm which has an effect of reducing internal fat, is known to inhibit the production of new blood vessels that take nutrients from fat cells.

A doctor considers it as a miracle of life prolonging life.
