Anticipation is rising for Cha Tae-hyun and Oh Dal-soo's "Slow Video", which is about the unique subject of dynamic visual acuity.

The role of Yeo Jang-bu played by Cha Tae-hyun is one who was teased as a little boy because of his dynamic visual acuity and spends 20 years at home just watching TV and dramas. Then one day he wonders what the outside world is like and steps out. He gets a job at the CCTV control center and brings out his unusual skills.

Oh Dal-soo is the first person Yeo Jang-boo meets in the outside world and falls for this unique character. He is Byeong-soo, a professor from the CCTV Control Center and public service agent.
