The delay in providing ratings data for Nielsen Korea has recurred in a month.

Nielsen Korea said on the 14th, "A problem has occurred while creating ratings so the reports have been delayed since the 13th.

About the cause, "Problems occurred in the process of collecting daily viewing records from panel households across the country. Due to an unexpected error, we were unable to collect the minimum amount of panel furniture".

"We have to collect records from yesterday to solve the problem and we apologize for any disruption caused by the delay in the provision of ratings data".
