[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Danger Approaches in New Posters for OCN's "Trap - Drama"

2019/01/09 | 384 views | Permalink

The hunt is on, and these new posters portray danger closing in on Lee Seo-jin and Sung Dong-il's characters in "Trap - Drama". The two play an anchorman caught in 'the cruelest trap', as the show's full title states, and a veteran detective on the case.

I love it when posters have a theme, and I love it even more when the design is created to be viewed as a whole. These posters work well separately, but they become dynamic when one realizes that they start from a wide shot, and get right close and personal with the characters.

The location is the same field that we see in the drama's teasers, and protagonist Kang Woo-hyeon (Lee Seo-jin) is in the same dire condition that we've previously witnessed. The man knows that someone is out there, as the tagline reads "I was caught in an elaborate hunt".

I imagine the hunt will be from two fronts, since Go Dong-gook (Sung Dong-il) has a job to do, and the trap will hopefully not be easy to spot. Let's hope that our detective will also hunt for the enemies our journalist and anchorman surely has. "Trap - Drama" premieres on February 9th on OCN.
