[Orion's Daily Ramblings] "Partners for Justice" Releases Morbid Posters

Gotta love a series which religiously sticks to its theme, and "Partners for Justice" is all about the grim and gruesome. The posters aren't all equally exciting, but there are some key elements that just amuse me greatly, in a slightly malevolent way.

Jung Jae-young's poster is quite chilling, and it fits his character's cold take on the cases. The wooden mannequin is a tool in his hands, and what is a scene of human suffering becomes a rigid experiment. His words are equally detached. "A medical examiner is an investigator, a butcher, and a magician who speaks with the dead". Due to its thematic richness, this is my favorite poster out of the three.

The couple poster brings the humanity into things. It shows a comfy, but forward Jung Yoo-mi expecting some answers from Jung Jae-young's character on a desk riddled with forensic instruments and paperwork. The tagline reads "A mutual cooperation between an oddball medical examiner and a rookie prosecutor!"

The group poster is my least favorite. Between Lee Yi-kyung looking like he was told that this is a variety show, and the cheesy (hopefully correct) use of Latin to state the process of proving one's death, it feels a little too overzealous for my taste. That being said, it certainly fits the theme of "Partners for Justice", which begins its run on Monday, on MBC. Which poster is your favorite?
