[Orion's Daily Ramblings] "Just Dance" Shares Poster and Thoughts

A newly released poster gives us a first look at the gals and guy of "Just Dance", which is based on documentary "Dancesport Girls". The series is a growth story about finding hope in hopelessness while reaching for a common goal. The drama's production shares more on the poster and drama's themes.

The poster itself is very simple, but it hides a lot within its seemingly mundane and calm moment of everyday life. While it showcases the lovely cast against the backdrop of a nice landscape, the expressions of its characters hide a different story. The poster caption reads "We all needed a place to escape to", which is where the heroes' main motivation, and the drama's premise come in.

The production crew shed more light on this, stating "It may look like they're just having fun, but these 18-year-olds have their own worries and anxieties about assuming complete responsibility of their lives. Even under this beautiful sunset, they are all lost in thought". They added "The poster's caption reflects the confusion of children among adults who are either living in stagnation while clinging to their town's shipbuilding industry's past glory, or who have lost hope and are looking for a new future".

The production also praised the actors and their synergy, which they feel is enhanced by their similar age, and invited audiences to join these diverse characters in their story of growth. I'm definitely in the part of the audience that will be following this story, because it's as real and as timely as they come. "Just Dance" will premiere on December 3rd on KBS 2TV.
