[Orion's Daily Ramblings] "Romance is a Bonus Book" Releases First Stills of Lee Jong-suk

2019/01/03 | 358 views | Permalink

After introducing us to our heroine played by Lee Na-young, "Romance is a Bonus Book" delivers the first stills for our hero, Lee Jong-suk's 'literary idol', star writer Cha Eun-ho. From book signing events to university lectures, Eun-ho is one busy genius with a clearly popular public persona.

It's no surprise that he's this sought-after, of course. Eun-ho entered the industry during his school days, and has been rising towards his current star status since then. Aside from being a genius writer, he is the youngest editor-in-chief in his publishing house. The fact that he is a charismatic man who is also Lee Jong-suk helped quite significantly, I would say.

Eun-ho is clearly the more privileged out of the two protagonists, and while this sounds like a straightforward romance against the backdrop of book making, I do hope that the series will delve into the ways in which our also talented heroine may not have received the same opportunities. "Romance is a Bonus Book" premieres on January 26th on tvN.
