[Orion's Daily Ramblings] "The Third Charm" Holds Charming Script Reading

2018/08/21 | 1140 views | Permalink

Upcoming romance drama "The Third Charm" has held its script reading, and it has released stills of the main and extended cast. Seo Kang-joon and Esom play characters in an epic love story of a romance spanning twelve years.

Present at the screen reading were PD Pyo Min-soo, writers Park Hee-kwon and Park Eun-yeong, as well as cast members Seo Kang-joon, Esom, Yang Dong-geun, Lee Yoon-ji, Lee Sang-yi-I, Park Gyu-young, Shin Do-hyun, Oh Young-shil, Park Ji-il and others.

The actors reportedly had a lot of fun, and are looking forward to the shoot. I'm really liking some of the names here, although I have yet to be convinced that Seo Kang-joon has any potential as a leading man. I do read good things about his work in "Are You Human Too", however, so perhaps there's something more to him than what I have experienced.

"The Third Charm" will air on jTBC in September, following "My ID is Gangnam Beauty", and it will hopefully be more on the realistic and human side than on the cheesy one.
