Park Ha-sun Becomes the Star of "First Child"

Actress Park Ha-sun is coming back to the big screen.

Park Ha-sun has been cast in the upcoming 2020 movie "First Child". This will be the first time in 3 years since "Midnight Runners" that she's starring in a movie.

"First Child" is the story of Jeong-ah, a mother who returns to work after taking a year off for childbirth. Park Ha-sun acts out the part of Jeong-ah, an ordinary woman in her 30s, a deputy at an apparel company and fellow colleague Park Woo-seok's (Oh Dong-min) wife with a 14 month-old child.

After returning to work, Jeong-ah feels perplexed at the heartless reality and wants to balance both work and childcare, but is weighed down by the latter, which is taken for granted as a woman's job.

Park Ha-sun recently starred in the drama "Love Affairs in the Afternoon". "First Child", which started filming in November, will be released sometime in the second half of next year.
