According to SBS in the afternoon on July 7th, Gangnam Police has concluded that Park Yoo-chun is not guilty of sexual assaults.

However, the position of Gangnam Police was different. They stated through some other medias, "The investigation on Park Yoo-chun's case is still ongoing and the decision has not been made yet".

On this day, SBS has reported. "The women stated that it is true that they were 'surprised, but there were no force or threats'" and "Because it is difficult to prove that force was used, not guilty decision has been made. And the police will charge the first and the second accusers whom Park Yoo-chun countersued, for false accusations".

SBS also has reported, "Woman 'A', 'A's boyfriend and her cousin received over one hundred million won from Park Yoo-chun after the sex between the two".

However, Gangnam police denied the report about not guilty decision, saying "It is not true" and they have not announced any statement about the accusers being charged of false accusations either.

Park Yoo-chun's agency C-Jes Entertainment stays prudent about the two different reports and stated "We will postpone all the official statements until the police investigation has concluded".
