[Photos] Kim Hyun-joong, "I'm leaving with debt"

Actor Kim Hyun-joong left a handwritten letter expressing his state of mind regarding the military and apologies for his fans. Pictures of him getting his hair shaved were also revealed.

Kim Hyun-joong posted a picture of his handwritten letter on his official fan café 'Hyun-joong.com'.

Kim Hyun-joong wrote two pages about his fears and excitement for National Service and issues about his private life which he apologized to his fans.

He wrote about how sorry he was not being honest to the public about himself and the frustration of not having been able to let it all out. He said, "I have been feeling sorry for a long time. I am a public figure so I had to stay low without saying anything and reflect on my immaturity".

He asked for the forgiveness of his fans who have been with him since SS501. He said, "I have no words on how to start. I just feel like I'm leaving with a big lump of debt".

He didn't forget to mention how grateful he was to them for believing in him until the day he enlisted in the army. "Many of you gave me mental support during times of need. You took in everything I said or didn't say and gave me confidence".

Kim Hyun-joong added, "Every Korean man goes to play their part, but I feel weak now that it's my turn. However, I believe the next 2 years is time for me to turn over a new leaf. I hope to mature as a star, a man and a responsible human in this society".

Kim Hyun-joong will serve 21 months after 5 weeks of basic training. The court case with ex-girlfriend Choi will also go on in the meanwhile. She recently filed a 1.6 billion won case against him.
