PIFF Film Ticket Sales Exceed 55,000

55,000 tickets to this year's Pusan International Film Festival have been sold out so far.
More specifically of the 245 films from 63 countries being screened at the festival, 28 of them are completely sold out.
Among these movies are the opening film, "Trace of Love", a melodrama by Korean director Kim Dae-sung, as well as the festival's closer, "Crazy Stone", a comedy by Chinese director Ning Hao.
"Crossing the Line", a British documentary about a U.S. soldier who defected to North Korea in 1962, is also sold out.
The event in its 11th year kicks off on October 12th in the southern port city of Busan for a 9-day run.
