Promoting Hangeul Day

Members of Hangeul Jikimi (Protector), a joint student club comprising members from a number of colleges, and children stage a flash mob at Gwanghwamun Plaza in central Seoul Sunday to demand the designation of Hangeul Day as a national holiday. They chanted We are Hangeul Style and did a horseriding dance to a song that used the melody of rapper Psys hit Gangnam Style, stressing the importance of Hangeul Day, which falls on Oct. 9.
