"Rascal Sons" Ryu Soo-young gets standing ovation for 5 minutes

Actor Ryu Soo-young received a standing ovation from the staff for his sentimental acting from deep within.

According to a spokesperson from MBC drama "Rascal Sons", Ryu Soo-young overdid himself.

This day's scene was about Ryu Soo-young crying his eyes out while being scolded for having loved his friend's girlfriend for over ten years by his brother who is the brother-in-law of his friend.

The producer gave the 'OK' sign right away after having watched Ryu Soo-young's heart breaking act and the staff all got up in standing ovation for the next five minutes.

Apparently Ryoo couldn't get a hold of himself for a while after the scene as he was that much deep into the character.

Meanwhile, Ryu Soo-young takes on the role of Yoo Min-ki a romantic novelist who loved his friend's lover for ten years.
