Rookies star Jo Woo-ri cast as Shim Yi-young

Rookie star Jo Woo-ri has been cast for the KBS 2TV "Drama Special - Friendly Criminal".

First Entertainment revealed, "Jo Woo-ri has been cast as the younger version of Yeong-hwa played by Shim Yi-young. She is a bold and unique looking character".

"Drama Special - Friendly Criminal" is about four friends who get involved in a bad case during high school and they reunite when they have grown up.

Jo Woo-ri is being known as the blue chip of various advertisements and not only movies. She's popular for the LG Optimus G ad at the moment.

Jo Woo-ri expressed, "I am honored to be able to take part in another drama special. I will do my best".

Meanwhile, "Drama Special - Friendly Criminal" will be aired on the 21st at 11:45PM.
