Actress Ryu Hyun-kyung is starring in the movie "The Messenger".

This movie is based on a true story about the fabrication of a research paper based on stem cells and a broadcasting producer who struggles to find the truth. This movie is directed by female director Yim Soon-rye who also did films like "Waikiki Brothers", "Forever the Moment", "Run to the South" and more. The cast includes Park Hae-il, Lee Kyung-young and more.

Ryu Hyun-kyung takes on the role of a mother named Kim Mi-hyeon who would do anything for her daughter. She helps Park Hae-il the producer, Han Sang-soo reveal the truth. Ryu Hyun-kyung has widely spread her career in "Born to Sing" "Miss Cherry's Love Puzzle" and more. She's also produced the trailer movie for the 11th Asiana International Short Film Festival and has presented herself with a different insight.
