Schools to Teach Online Amid Delayed Opening

Schools are unlikely to open on April 6 after several postponements already and will teach children online instead.

The Education Ministry on Sunday said it is mulling asking schools to replace their lessons with online classes for the time being as the coronavirus epidemic drags on.

The ministry is also considering staggered starts of the school year for elementary, middle and high-school students.

The final decision will be made on Monday or on Tuesday.
