Seo Ri-seul wore a shockingly revealing outfit to the Busan International Film Festival.

Rookie actress Seo Ri-seul appeared on the Red Carpet at the 19th BIFF on the 2nd of October. However, she didn't get the spotlight since she wasn't well-known.

Seo Ri-seul appeared on the SBS TV show "TV News At Night" on the 8th and said, "My name is Seo Ri-seul and I attended the BIFF after I got a call from the Korean Screen Actors' Guild".

Seo Ri-seul said, "When I told my mother that I'd be going to the BIFF, she revised a dress of mine. She was worried that I wouldn't stand out in a normal dress since I'm new".
