"My name is KIM Bok-dong" is a documentary about a Japanese sex slave victim named Kim Bok-dong who was also a peace activist and the 27 years she fought for the apology of the Japanese, from the year 1992 to January this year when she passed away. It is the third movie by Newstapa directed by Song Won-geun-I and narrated by Han Ji-min. Rapper Yoon Mi-rae and her coed group called Rocoberry also wrote a song for the movie called "Flower".

The footage by Media Mongu is full of affection and truth for the late Kim Bok-dong and the 8 years of her recorded life since the year 2011. Song Won-geun-I and Media Mongu visited Kim Bok-dong's grave to tell her that her story has been created into a movie for the whole world to see.

Media Mongu told her, "We won't let your life be in vain. I wish you could have seen it". Finally they added, "She wasn't just about solving her problems, but so much more than that. She held out her hand to other people who have been hurt and gave out so much love to those who needed it". The profits from "My name is KIM Bok-dong" will be used for resolving sex slave, also known as 'comfort women' matters. "My name is KIM Bok-dong" comes out in August.
