Shinhwa reps reported on November 18th to Star News that with Lee Min-woo still finishing up his military duties, the remaining five members are already preparing for a comeback slated for next year. Once Lee is released, the group is aiming to release a new album in March of 2012. March 24th next year will mark Shinhwa's 14th anniversary since the group's debut. Thus the group plans on holding a special performance in Seoul as well.

After debuting in 1998, the group hasn't disbanded, nor have they ever changed any of its six original members.

Another source mentioned that all six members are also getting along very well, and there are no problems regarding a comeback.

Regarding the members' relations, the head of the agency that houses Shinhwa members Kim Dong-wan and Shin Hye-sung tweeted recently, "When asked what the secret to such a long-running group was, one member had answered like this: 'Our members don't hold grudges, but we fight it out by just telling it like it is and sharing our opinions'. The group will continue to do that, talking things out, fighting, giving in, all the while looking out for one another... Even while discussing something serious, all of a sudden one member will stand up an start doing a butt dance resulting in the rest bursting out in laughter. Shinhwa forever. ^^"
