Singer and Actress Park Ji-yoon Takes Off To Learn Photography

Goodbye singer and actress, Park Ji-yoon! ...for now that is.
Park Ji-yoon who has been a part of the k-pop industry since the late 90's, has announced that she will be taking off for Boston in the US on July 30th to receive a more systematic and structured education on photography. Her entertainment agency, Park Ji-yoon Creative, announced that she has been slowly preparing for this move since she finished her promotional activities for her 7th album last year. Also, because she's leaving without a set academic plan, she's not sure how long she will be gone for. It could be a year, maybe even two years.
After releasing her 6th album in 2003, Park had encountered some agency related problems and took a break from the entertainment industry for awhile. During her hiatus, she started learning photography and fell in love with the art. She even held her own photography exhibition in 2007, and also showcased some photos while during her showcase performance of her 7th album in April of 2009.
