Singer Jung Yong-hwa of CNBLUE Finishes Military Service

Jung Yong-hwa of boy band CNBLUE was discharged from his military service on Sunday.

Jung joined the Army in March 2018 and served in a special forces unit in Hwacheon, Gangwon Province for 20 months.  

Some 1,000 fans from home and abroad gathered in front of his unit to give him a warm welcome, proving that his popularity has not waned.

Jung said, "Thanks to your support, I have fulfilled my military duty faithfully. My time spent serving in the military was not at all wasted. It has made me a more mature, and better person. I want to repay your support with my songs and performances as soon as possible".
