Singer Shoo Pregnant

Singer Shoo (Yoo Soo-young), who earlier this week announced that she would marry a basketball player in April, is now in her 10th week of pregnancy, press reports said Wednesday.
The 29-year-old, a member of the now defunct girl group S.E.S., recently confirmed that she was pregnant, at a hospital.
An official of Shoo's agency was quoted as saying, "We didn't confirm the reports about her because it is a highly private matter. We heard rumors about her pregnancy. If it's true, we will respect her opinion with respect to her schedule".
Shoo will marry Lim Hyo-sung, who plays for the ET Land Elephants, in April. Lim, standing 180 centimeters, is a basketball star who has previously played for the SK Knights and LG Sakers.
Their wedding date is tentatively set for April 11 but it could change depending on the Elephant's entry into the playoffs.
Shoo resumed her singing career as a soloist last year after a nearly eight-year hiatus. S.E.S was South Korea's first highly successful female pop group, with its reign lasting from 1997 to 2002.

언론 보도에 따르면 슈는 최근 산부인과를 찾아 임신 10주째에 접어든 사실을 확인했다.
슈의 소속사 관계자는 "지극히 개인적인 일이라 본인에게 사실 확인은 하지 않았다. 최근 들어 임신과 관련한 얘기를 주위에서 들었다. 사실이라면 향후 일정은 본인 의사에 따르겠다"고 전했다.
슈는 오는 4월 2년간 교제해 온 프로농구 선수 임효성 (29, 인천 전자랜드)과 결혼식을 올릴 예정이다.
예비 신랑 임효성은 180cm의 훤칠한 키에 준수한 외모를 지닌 '훈남' 농구 스타다.
결혼 날짜는 올 농구 시즌이 끝나는 4월 11일을 잠정 고려하고 있지만 임효성 선수 소식 팀의 플레이오프 진출 여부에 따라 조정될 예정이다.
슈는 SES 해체 8년 만에 싱글음반을 내고 지난해 솔로 가수로 데뷔했다. SES는 1997년부터 2002년 까지 존속한 한국 최초의 성공적인 여성 걸그룹이었다.
