The former member of girl group Secret said she went through a tough time during the past two years, making the difficult decision to leave the group and embark on a fresh start as an actress.

The TV series "Radiant Office", which wrapped up last month, offered a good opportunity for Han Sunhwa to establish herself as an actress. She believes the role she played in the series allowed her to take her acting skills to the next level.

The series drew attention from viewers due to its candid portrayals of young people as they struggle to land jobs, and to survive in the workplace after finding one.

"I've never been a salaried worker, but I was fully able to relate to the role, as I've experienced the same difficulties and frustrations as many young people. I've just started my acting career, so I still feel anxious. But I will push myself harder to adapt to whatever roles come along in the future", Han Sunhwa said.

"The series helped me break through my own ceiling. I think I need to know what I'm capable of. I plan to take things step by step", Han Sunhwa added.
