SM Entertainment has rescheduled mega concerts featuring some of its top bands at the Tokyo Dome for Sept. 3 and 4. The events, dubbed SM Town Live in Tokyo, were originally slated for April 9 and 10 but were postponed in the wake of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

As the Tokyo Dome has a capacity of 50,000, the shows are expected to draw some 100,000 spectators. Similar concerts by SM held at National Yoyogi Stadium on Jan. 25 and 26 were extremely popular, with more than 400,000 people applying for the 24,000 tickets.

The agency is planning to expand its brand further through similar large-scale concerts in Paris in September.
