Son Ho-jun Films "The First Responders" in Earnest

Actor Son Ho-jun will be active as a firefighter in the second half of this year.

With Son Ho-jun appearing in SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama "The First Responders" which is scheduled to air in November, and the script reading has begun.

"The First Responders" (written by Min Ji-eun/directed by Sin Kyeong-soo) is a field log of 'co-response' between police who catch criminals and firemen who catch fires, and depicts the heart-warming team play of 'first responders' whose hearts beat for others. The story of humanism will be drawn with the addition of the script of writer Min Ji-eun, who boasted composition and writing skills through the "Partners for Justice" series.

Son Ho-jun plays Bong Do-jin, a firefighter who runs like a bulldozer in the flames with the determination that 'there is no fire that cannot be extinguished'. He overpowers the scene with his strong charisma, and acts enthusiastically as a character who reveals soft sweetness outside the scene.

Actor Kim Rae-won and Gong Seung-yeon will appear as Song Seol and Jin Ho-gae, and Woo Mi-hwa, Lee Woo-je, and Jung Jin-woo-I will appear as Dok Go-soon, the head of the fire police's field command at the Taewon Fire Station, Ha Dong-woo, and Choi Gi-soo, a rescue team firefighter.

Son Ho-jun, who has been active in TVN's "Reply 1994", KBS2's "Go Back Couple", JTBC's "The Light in Your Eyes" and OCN's "The Uncanny Counter" has met the public by playing various characters in his own colors. As he has made his mark as an actor who practices good influence in training new actors, expectations are high on what kind of performance he will make viewers laugh and cry in this work.
