Song Hye-kyo supplies Toronto Museum with Korean guidebooks

Actress Song Hye-kyo and professor Seo Kyeong-deok who have been supplying Korean guidebooks to major museums and art galleries around the world, supplied them to the Royal Ontario Museum.

ROM in Toronto, Canada is one of the best natural history museums in the world that withholds over 6 million unique collections and it is one of the most important places to visit when visiting Toronto, Canada.

The Korean guidebooks that are being supplied this year are second in issue since 2015 have been redesigned. It introduces the collections in the museum and details about the museum as well.

Professor Seo claimed, "There are still many museums and art galleries in the world without Korean guidebooks. We want to aid in the convenience of Korean tourists who visit them".

"There are also many foreigners who don't know that the Korean language even exists. Placing Korean guidebooks in world famous museums like ROM will help to promote our language as well".

Song Hye-kyo said, "When I visit a foreign country museum but don't see a Korean guidebook, it's inconvenient. I will work harder to improve this".

The two have been supplying the New York Modern Museum, Boston Art Gallery and others with Korean guidebooks and video guides in Korea.

Seo and Song have constantly been working on supplying Korean language aid to provisional government office in China, Shanghai Yoon Bong-gil Memorial Hall, Ahn Chang-ho Memorial Hall and historical sites related to Korea in Tokyo as well as other Korean Independence movement sites.
