On the 22nd episode of KBS 2TV drama, "The King's Face", it showed Seonjo (Lee Sung-jae) getting sick.

Prince Gwang Hae (Seo In-guk) went to see Seonjo , and Seonjo told him, "I am going to pass the crown to you". Seonjo smiled when he finished the words.
Prince Gwang Hae responded modestly, "I'm sorry. I am still incapable in great deal" And then Seonjo said, "You are not going to take burden off my shoulders" and chuckled. He all of sudden started coughing hard.
Ga-hee coldly told Prince Gwang Hae, "You had better return to your place since Seonjo needs to take a rest".
"The King's Face" is a fictional period drama that depicts the life of Gwang Hae, a crowned prince born to a concubine, who struggled through dethronement and death threats for 16 years and finally became a king, taking advantage of face reading as own weapon.
