On the 30th, KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama "Assembly" shows you the efforts of Jin Sang-Pil (Jung Jae-young) who has now knelt before Baek Do-Hyun (Jang Hyun-sung) to join his faction.

Hiding the fact that he went to ask Baek Do-Hyun for forgiveness to Choi In-Gyeong (Song Yoon-ah), he refused her request of writing a hand written apology to Choi In-Gyeong and said, "Just let me do what I want to do". When asked by her what that is, he said "I want to let people like me not get fired. I want a law that does not let small shops go under". She replies by saying "That is out of your powers" and made him understand the limits of a first time assemblyman.

After listening to her, he decides to become Baek Do-Hyun's pet in order to obtain more power. At a faction meeting, he drank all the liqueur passed to him showing others a good time while swearing allegiance in front of the other assemblymen. Baek Do-Hyun decided to use this Jin Sang-Pil. He appointed him to the party's employment response committee as its chairman and such. He also order him to talk about pushing through the discussions regarding new recommendations of potential assemblymen during major party meetings. He also used him as a mouth piece to put doubt on the legitimacy of the party chairman. In other words, Baek Do-Hyun is using Jin Sang-Pil as cannon fodder.

Jin Sang-Pil also knows this. Watching his activities and worried by them, Choi In-Gyeong asks why he is going so overboard with showing his loyalty. He replied by saying he was doing what he was doing because, "In my current state, I cannot do anything in the next 10 months. I'll get a party recommendation. If anything, I'll get it. Please help me get it". However, life is not that easy and this goes for the wishes of Jin Sang-Pil too. He was put on the list of Assembly men who wouldn't get a recommendation.

This was a shock to Jin Sang-Pil who was doing all he could to show Baek Do-Hyun his loyalty. But nothing came of it. He would not be returning at the end of his term. We are anticipating watching whether Jin Sang-Pil who is currently in peril can fight Baek Do-Hyun over the economy city's assemblyman seat and do what he started out to do? We wish there be a sliver of light shining upon the road of thorns laid before him.

"Assembly" is a fun coming of age drama in which a "brave because he is ignorant" former welder becomes an assemblyman. It airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 PM.
