This was Jung Jae-young's question that made everyone's heart pound. On the 19th episode of KBS 2TV's "Assembly", despite Choon-seop (Park Young-gyu) and Do-hyeon (Jang Hyun-sung)'s objection, Sang-pil (Jung Jae-young) could make Bae Dal-soo's law pass the National Assembly.

Choon-seop clearly expressed his objection against Bae Dal-soo's law, which is to give a second chance to the defeated, who had done their best. He called in all the party members trying to make the law fail in passing the assembly. And his avatar, assembly man Kang supported the objection insisting that the investment into corporates would be more helpful for revitalizing the economics.

Sang-pil said "I agree with the opinion, however I cannot agree with your saying that supporting the people in need is like pouring water on thirsty soil. Why do you call helping the rich an investment and helping the poor an expense?"

Sang-pil continued on, "I'm not saying we should help the athletes who were defeated because they did not do their best. I'm saying we should embrace those who were defeated even though they tried their best".

Thanks to his efforts, Bae Dal-soo's law passed the National Assembly.

After the completion of "Assembly" on September 16th, Jang Hyuk and Kim Min-jung's "The Merchant: Gaekju 2015" will begin.
