Eun-ho was the 'red cry'. He'd been abused since he was a kid and the pain built up inside him that he released against child abusers. He didn't just kill them; he tortured them. He told Woo-kyeong that murdering them wasn't difficult.

Eun-ho was abandoned by his mother when he was 2 or 3 and was raised in an orphanage. His anger weighed on him with no one to help, but his life started to change after meeting Doctor Park. It was then he decided to kill child abusers.

Eun-ho practically committed suicide by cop. He didn't escape in Woo-kyeong's car. He'd set up a dangerous situation on purpose. Eventually the police had to shoot him, but Eun-ho would never have been able to shoot Woo-kyeong.
