[Spoiler] "Cross" Yang Jin-sung's Heart Stops

On the latest episode of the tvN drama "Cross", Son Yeong-sik (Jang Gwang) attempted to smuggle his daughter, Son Yeon-hee (Yang Jin-sung), out.

Son Yeong-sik was revealed to have dealt in organ trafficking. The murder investigation of Kang In-gyoo's (Go Kyung-pyo's) father 15 years ago was also about to come to light so he hired a lawyer and planned a way out. He was going to run away with his daughter Son Yeon-hee and she got into a car unaware of these plans.

Kang In-gyoo went after them and the police managed to stop them at the port where Son Yeong-sik planned to escape. Cornered, Son Yeong-sik said, "I will only step off if you promise to take my daughter to the hospital". He was arrested for organ trafficking and murder instigation.

The police took a look at Son Yeon-hee but her heart wasn't beating. Son Yeong-sik cried, "What are you talking about? She was breathing just a minute ago! Save her! Save my daughter! You're a doctor. I'm on my knees".

Kang In-gyoo performed CPR on Son Yeon-hee and mumbled, "You can't die. Don't die. Open your eyes".
