On the seventh episode of the MBC drama "Fated to Love You", Kim Mi-yeong (Jang Nara) found out the truth about Lee Gun (Jang Hyuk).

Lee Gun had inherited a disease and pushed Mi-yeong away 3 years ago. She thought she knew why, but she decided to leave Korea anyways. Lee Gun had been writing a will for Kim Mi-yeong for the past 3 years.

Lee Gun's lawyer, Kim, slipped a recorder in Mi-yeong's bag. There was a note on it saying, "This has nothing to do with Kim Mi-yeong so don't play it. It plays with the touch of the button in the middle, but don't play it". The recorder was Lee Gun's will.

The contents of the recorder mentioned that although Lee Gun was to either lose his memory or die, Kim Mi-yeong's birthday was to be remembered and details of the Kim Mi-yeong foundation. Kim Mi-yeong was devastated.

Daniel saw this and told her, "If you leave like this, you will never forget. Go and ask him what he's hiding from you".

Kim Mi-yeong got permission from chairwoman Wang (Park Won-sook) and waited for Lee Gun in his room. She was looking around recalling happy memories when she found a secret room. In there were items for the baby that they had been expecting and a video message for himself in case he had lost his memory, which was an inheritance.

He spoke about the woman he loved, Kim Mi-yeong. From the day he met her, to his love for the baby whom they almost had. He was emotional towards her even today. Kim Mi-yeong cried over the video.

Meanwhile, Lee Gun had a press conference resigning his post.
